DMCA Policy
Bonnie Blue Unexpected Pregnancy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that any content hosted on Bonnie Blue Unexpected Pregnancy infringes your copyrighted work, please send a written DMCA Notice of Infringement to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Bonnie Blue Unexpected Pregnancy may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- An electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against you, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, within 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
